APPOINTMENTS
Acceptable Identification
All clients MUST present valid identification at the time of service. Notarial services are not performed without valid identification.
Forms of Accepted Identification:
State Driver’s license, State Identification Card, Passport, Military Identification card

Mobile Appointments
All signers must have a valid form of identification, a credible witness, or provide substantial evidence to confirm their identity (at the discretion of the notary).
Accepted forms of identification: State driver’s license, State ID card, Passport, Military ID. Must be current and not expired.
Do not sign the documents prior to your notary appointment. All documents are signed in the presence of the notary.
Each notarial appointment is unique in its own way. At times, it may be difficult to provide a confirmed quote without a review of the documents. Fees will vary based on venue, distance, appointment duration, type of document, urgency, witnesses, and number of notarial acts.
If you are not ready at the time of your notary appointment, additional fees may apply to your notary service total.
If your document is rejected due to an action of a representative of Notable Notary Signing Services, you will receive a complimentary re-sign.
If your document is rejected because improper information, filing, or any other reason. You will be charged for a secondary notarial service at full price.
Remote Online/E-Notarizations
Signers will need a laptop or tablet with a working camera and audio to verify identity.
Please do not sign documents prior to the online notarization appointment. Documents are signed in the presence of a notary.
If you are not ready at the time of your online appointment, additional fees may apply to your notary service total.
Full payment will apply for appointments cancelled less than 1 hour of a scheduled notarization.
Once notary has opened the virtual platform to begin the remote notarization, the E-notary fee will apply.
In the event the appointment is cancelled, the client can reschedule a new date and time for the full booking fee.
Appointment Cancellations
An appointment will be cancelled by the notary if the signer has an expired or improper identification, signer appears non-alert, signer appears under duress, or signer is not present. A fee will apply for the cancellation.
All documents must have identifying information (Name, address, date of birth, etc.) completed prior to the notary appointment.
Please do not sign documents before the notary appointment. All signings are performed in the presence of a notary. This can cause a re-print of your documents and cancellation of the appointment.
Fees are non-refundable for cancellations within 1 hour of appointment.
Fees are non-refundable for cancellations once notary has begun mobile travel to a scheduled appointment.
In the event the appointment is cancelled, the client can reschedule a new date and time, but full payment is required prior to the appointment.
